Humble beginnings
Our original business opened with just two stylists, but we've always focused on our core mission: ending the stress and anxiety of hair loss for both men and women. Our founders opened the salon with years of experience in the field of hair replacement, but wanted to focus their efforts on a client-centered, custom approach that uses the most advanced technology to help every client.
Over the past 20 years, consistent business and helpful feedback from our loyal customers helped us evolve into today's full salon. Our clients inspired us to continue to learn and grow in the hair replacement field while maintaining our devotion to customer service and a boutique environment. We want to take this time to recognize and thank our wonderful, loyal customers who encourage us to achieve the best results for every client.
Two decades of improvement
Over the past two decades, we devoted ourselves to designing custom hair replacement solutions for those in need. From our small shop with just two stylists, we've evolved into a full salon with an authoritative knowledge on hair loss and options for our clients. We now have a committed team of amazing stylists and consultants, including an on-site Trichology Practitioner.
With six private styling rooms and a men's and women's division, our stylists and consultants create individualized solutions for every client. Each employee has a wealth of knowledge about hair replacement technology and continues to learn about the latest advances through professional development.
We even have a Trichology department specifically devoted to diagnosing the causes of client hair loss. Our stylists and consultants work closely with this department. Since every client's hair loss experience is different, this department helps us identify the root cause of each client's hair loss and work toward a custom solution that really works. We've never believed in a one-size-fits-all method, and this department helps us tailor our approach for truly effective hair replacement.
Over the years, we've also incorporated a full line of preventative treatments to stay ahead of the curve. With these options, we take a proactive attitude to hair loss. In addition, we recently partnered with CRLAB (formerly known as Cesare Ragazzi Laboratories) hair replacement, giving us access to state-of-the-art hair replacement technology and innovative systems that aren't readily available at other salons or studios.
